Plum Jam
Made with fresh, sweet seasonal plums and handcrafted in small batches, this classic Plum Jam is a true pantry favourite. Rich in flavour and beautifully fruity, it's the perfect balance of sweetness and natural plum goodness.
Because I make this jam throughout summer using whichever plum varieties are at their peak, the colour can vary from a vibrant ruby red to a deep, rich purple. Every batch is slightly unique, but always delicious.
Perfect spread on toast, crumpets, scones, or fresh sourdough, it's also wonderful for baking. My personal favourite is using it in homemade jam cookies, where its rich fruit flavour really shines.
A traditional jam that captures the very best of summer fruit.
