Gooseberry Jam
One of those special seasonal treats I get genuinely excited about each year! Made from beautiful purple gooseberries sourced from a local farmer, this jam has a wonderfully rich flavour that is both sweet and slightly tart.
Gooseberries have long been treasured in traditional jam making, creating a preserve with a unique taste and stunning deep colour. Delicious spread on warm toast, crumpets, scones, or fresh sourdough, it also pairs beautifully with cream, yogurt, and desserts.
