This curd can be used for breakfast. Sandwiched between a sponge. Dolloped on pikelets or scones. Also lovely with vanilla ice cream and berries.
All curds are made to order as they contain eggs, therefore should be refrigerated and consumed with 2-3 weeks (if it lasts that long)!
