Taste Summer all year round with this delicious jam. Finished with grated lime, star anise and vanilla bean. Swirl it through your morning yoghurt or spread on toast, either way it tastes divine.
Please Note: As pineapple is very low in pectin, this jam sets very soft, one would say even runny, it is delicious swirled through yoghurt, cream or dolloped on a scone.
