PLUM & CINNAMON JAM

Sweet plums with a hint of cinnamon, makes this a fragrant and delicious jam.  

I make this jam throughout Summer so whatever plums are available will determine the colour, from ruby red to a dark purple.

Plum, Sugar, Cinnamon, Lemon
