BEETROOT RELISH - (2nd Place Royal Easter Show)

Beautiful ruby beetroots grated and mixed with pieces of apple, onion, sugar and vinegar.

This relish would be delicious on hamburgers, served with lamb or cold cuts.

Ingredients:-

Beetroot, Onion, Apple, Vinegar, Sugar, Lemon, Salt
